Q. How are Woodle Products sustainable?
A. We only use 100% sustainable woods, like Bamboo. Bamboo is a truly sustainable harvested grass that regenerates at least 8 times faster than hardwood. Not only does bamboo mature rapidly, but harvesting does not kill the plant. We do not use any rare, exotic, or endangered woods in our products.

Q. How do I care for my wooden Products?
A. Always try to keep it clean.
Just like you would care for a nice piece of wood furniture, you would do the same with your wood sunglasses. When your wood glasses look lighter you can apply a coat of oil or wax to bring the luster back. Any butcher block oil or non colored lip balm will work. Do not use any cleaner on your lenses or on the wood. Only use a microfiber cloth to clean them. Just like any glasses, it is not uncommon for the screws on the frame to become loose. If this happens visit your local eyeglass shop and have them tighten the screw, or purchase a kit at your local pharmacy. You can also use clear nail polish on the screws after you have tightened them to keep them from coming loose. .

Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept any major credit card and Paypal.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.

Q. How is my order shipped?
A. We ship via USPS 2-3 business days domestic and 5-7 business days international.

Q. Where is my order?
A. All orders are typically shipped the same day and are delivered to you within a couple of days. However, international deliveries might take longer depending on customs, etc. Please contact us if you have not received an email with your tracking information, or if you have not received your order after a reasonable amount of time.

Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. Woodle offers a ninety (90) day warranty on our products against manufacturing defects and workmanship from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine defects and require proof of purchase to qualify products. Once we acknowledge the product is defective we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered defective (normal wear and tear, scratches, etc.), we will offer to repair the item at a reasonable charge.
